Easy Fat Loss Without SugarSugar-Free Diet to Obtain a Lean Body and Good Health© D. Chen This article discusses how and why a diet with dramatically lower intake of sugar promotes fat loss and good health.
Not arbitrary weight-loss, but rather conditioning the body to consume adipose tissue, i.e. body fat for energy, requires dramatic lower intake of sugar. Though apparently simple, many have failed attempting this dietary adjustment. High Sugar Intake ConsequencesSugar intake causes the body to release large levels of insulin. This chemical serves as an anabolic agent, which typically helps the body with absorption where excessive energy becomes stored as body fat. Logically then, sugar does much more damage than animal fats toward a great looking body. Prolonged and excessive sugar intake conditions the body to utilize mainly carbohydrate related compounds for energy, reserving fatty tissues. This condition, Gluconeogenesis, interferes with natural metabolism where coupled with a low calorie diet, lean body mass (e.g. muscle, bone, organ tissues) gets broken down for energy. It leaves the person looking frail with various health issues. Kicking the Sugar AddictionDespite conventional beliefs, sugar contributes more toward obesity than other edible compounds mainly because it displays addictive properties. Many people use it as a form of self-medication, coping with depression or sometimes pure boredom. Doughnuts, pancakes, cereals, followed with sodas and white bread, pasta sauce, and virtually all restaurant foods contain incredible amounts of sugar. Restaurants in China intentionally add unnecessary amounts of sugar with every serving, exploiting the addictive nature. Many have grown to depend on the said foods every day, and suffer from withdrawal symptoms if gone without. Getting off sugar dependency is difficult, but not impossible. It takes laser focus and discipline to get through the initial withdrawal periods, and it becomes easier with time. All said and done, the positive consequences of a sugar-free diet, besides getting a lean body, far outweigh the countless asserted damages. Likely Results via Low Sugar DietsOnce off the sugar filled diet, obesity becomes a thing of the past. For those new to the concept, a few days with nothing but vegetables for carbohydrate intake could provide immediate, visible fat loss. This means no bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, dairy products, or anything sweet, only meats, vegetables, and seasoning. Initial weight loss will result mostly in the form of water. However as the body loses the motivation to store calorie intake as fat, fat tissue becomes a primary form of energy expenditure within a few days. A fantastic looking lean body would also call for resistance training to couple with the sugar-free diet to minimize levels of carbohydrate in the body. Without any particular medical condition, a sugar-free life style often contributes to great health and looks. It is that simple.
