Crabby is a crab that gets real and and little whiny about all things health.


Well, I have to say, I don't think Crabby Mc Slacker is all that whiny. This blog is not specifically nutrition, though she does cover nutrition sometimes, it is about healthy things in general. It is a fun site with a unique writing style. It is one the only blogs I have seen that uses this sort of third person writing style. Think like; that guy in your office that refers to himself in the third person.

Another interesting point is that not only is Crabby fun to read, she gets some of the best comments around. She some how spawns major discussions and very long comment posts. I have to say I am a little jealous of that.

I have found many other great blogs from the comment section of her blog alone. Those will also be featured here in the future.

To sum up Cranky Fitness, it is a fun, well written blog, with good well researched information. It is updated about everyday so there is always something interesting to read on Crabby's site and even when there is not a new post per se, check out the comment section for more great information and interesting discussions!
