In response to Natural whole food diet posted by Daniel2006:I saw the same DVD and was horrified!! It is impossible to truly imagine what we, as a nation, have done to our bodies and that of our children with these awful eating habits. I agree, whole foods taste much better than processed and I feel MUCH better when they are the major part of my diet.
