A friend of mine recommended "Greens" shakes, which she says energize her and make her feel more vibrant. I think it's a brand name.

Have you heard of it? Do you know where I could find more info? Because I eat only fish, no other meat, and was bulimic while I was growing (as a teenager), I am now fairly diligent to make sure I'm fed properly happy

Lori - green powder is powdered supergreen foods such as grasses like barley and wheatgrass. It is an excellent way to ensure you're getting a very high level of nutrition in your diet. It's full of vitamins, minerals, chlorophyll, and enzymes. There are a lot of different brands but I use "Green Magma Plus" which is organic young barley grass and has a little bit of stevia (natural, no calorie sweetener) to help the flavor. Add it to a protien shake or just some fruit juice and you'll notice an amazing boost of energy. It will also keep you in general good health by boosting your immunity and alkalinizing your pH (the general marker of health).
